Holy Habits
Hugglescote and Ellistown Churches Together Lent series 2017
This year we are planning to journey together through Lent using the book Holy Habits by Andrew Roberts:
“The call to Christian Discipleship is a call to adventure. Holy Habits explores this adventure through a rich mixture of biblical material and inspiring stories. Both the nature and nurture of discipleship are explored. The life-giving, transforming role of ten habits seen in Acts 2 are re-imagined for personal and community life today”

We have selected 6 of the habits for us to explore together during our Lent studies. Each habit is explored in a chapter, with questions and suggestions for further reflection so each week the leader will introduce the habit and facilitate discussion about it.

- 5th April Making more disciples – Alan Moore
- 12th April Eating together – Olwen Woolcockwith Agape meal in St John the Baptist Parish Church
Studies take place at the Community Centre. Coffee is available from 7.15 then starting at 7.30
